What do I feed my 3-week-old orphaned puppy and how to potty train?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 22 days old

Hey i am so confused about my dog. Am little new to take care of dogs. My puppy is 22 or 23 days old his mother is missing now so i have to take care. I daily feed him milk. And some water. He always pee on my bed. I don't want that but as my home floor is made by tiles he can't work properly on them and he starts crying. Help me what should i do

Follow these instructions on this link (one of the most reliable sources I found): https://www.vetwest.com.au/pet-library/orphaned-puppies-caring-feeding-healthcare Puppies should get solid food starting at about four weeks, when they’re not able to get all the calories they need from their mother’s milk. Most puppies are weaned by six weeks. Any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
