My dog's bleeding growth popped white gunk. Is it a pimple or serious?

My dog had a growth/bite that is bleeding and has a pin head size hole. When popped white and black gunk came out before blood. Is it a giant pimple or should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 1 month old | 12 lbs

I would be concerned that this growth is an abscess, and the white stuff is pus. I would have Lola seen by a vet for this. The vet can diagnose if she does have an abscess, which will require draining and flushing, and then antibiotics to treat the infection.
