Dog has been dry heaving over last 30 hours. Becoming more frequent. No other signs of bloat or torsion.

Since she has been dry heaving over 30 hours, Macie should be examind by a vet to determine the cause. She could have an infection, obstruction, parasite, pancreatitis, etc. and your vet can run lab-work and take an x-ray, if needed, to help diagnose and determine the best way to treat. She may just need an anti-vomiting medication, antacid, and/or a gastrointestinal protectant to help.
