My cat is coughing and shaking when he coughs and he has traces of blood in his poop what can it be and what can I do to help him out

I'm not sure both symptoms are connected, coughing could be due to an infection or due to feline asthma. blood in the poop is usually due to an intestinal disease. you will need to take him to the vet in order to get it checked and treated.
