My dog has bleeding spots around eyes and chin. Could it be impetigo?

My roommate had impetigo last weekend could my dog have caught it now because she is having spots pop up in between her eyes about an inch in diameter and one above her eye and another under her chin. One of the spots popped and was bleeding. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 75 lbs
