My dog fell off the bed, hit head, but seems fine. Should I worry?

Hello, my dog fell off my bed and hit her head I think., She seems to be fine she didn't whine or Yelp she got up and walked. Should I be concerned or worried?, It was about 5 minutes ago nothing seems to be wrong with her. Please answer ASAP thx. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 5 years and 4 months old | 8 lbs

Poor Maggy! If she is behaving normally, and isn't showing any signs of abnormal behavior such as vomiting, difficulty walking, bleeding from the nose or ears, abnormal posture, or seizures, then she is likely just fine. If you do see any abnormal signs, I would be very concerned and have her seen by a right away. Hopefully, however, she didn't hit her head and she is ok. I hope this helps :-)
