My dog is 51 days pregnant with yellow diarrhea. What should I feed?

My Yorker poo is 51 days pregnant suffering with diarrhea I've been giving her panicure from the vet 1.1 ml since day 43 I introduced puppy food with her other food slowly she has been fine in herself same as usual bit more sleepy than normal I am giving her a bland diet of chicken and rice and I went to the vets and got her a pro biotic paste 2ml to help bind her up it's not a runny her poo but it is bright yellow and not solid I wondered if you had any suggestions please

I would keep giving the Betty the bland diet for the next couple of days, and then slowly add back in her normal adult dog food diet. She need to be off the puppy food now, as it's not recommended to feed a high calcium dog food in the last 10-14 days before giving birth. That's because too much calcium will prevent the uterus from contracting properly. Once she gives birth to her puppies, she can go back on the puppy food. If the diarrhea isn't clearing up, I would have Betty seen by a vet again. She may need additional medications to help with the diarrhea, which the vet can prescribe.
