Hello, my cat tiger has gash the size of a dime on his paw and it has been there for more than a month we have tried different ways to heal it but it simply won't heal and because of that gash it has gotten his nails to grown in an awkward position at this point I have no idea what to do

I would have Tiger seen by a vet tomorrow. The vet can examine the gash, clean it, and can discuss options to help it heal. This may include cutting back the edges of the gash to make fresh tissue margins to enable the vet to suture the gash closed.
