My cat has black oily spots on her skin and tail. What should I do?

Hi My cat has something black things in her skin. At first it was just a little on her head and a lots of black stain in her tail. I took her to vet 3 times but all of them has different ideas about the medicine. Now, after 2 months all of my cat skin covered by black stain.

This sounds like a condition called "stud tail", quite common in cats and is believed to be an hormonal imbalance causing the skin to secrete oily substance that manifest itself as black dot, mainly in the tail but not only (the chin is also a common area). there is no effective treatment for this and the condition is not dangerous and usually does not bother the cat, some special shampoos can help in some cases (such as sebocalm for example).
