Why is my 6-month puppy panting, nose bubbling, and scratching?

Hi. My 6month old pitfall puppy recently started panting while walking, and just today i saw a clear bubble form from his nose. Im assuming he has allergies as well because he always scratches himself, sometimes bites on his paws and has red eyes. What can be the cause of him panting and this bubble that was formed? please help. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 7 days old | 40 lbs

He could be suffering from an upper respiratory infection or from a heart condition, you would be best taking him to the vet in order to get it checked as it could be something that requires medications.
