My dog has a chapstick cap stuck on her tooth and won't open her mouth.

My dog has gotten a chap stick cap stuck on a tooth and it is digging into her gums- she won't let us open her mouth and she is drooling excessively. I don't know what to do

If she absolutely won't allow you to help her, Lucy should be seen by your veterinarian or at the nearest veterinary ER. A mild sedative may be needed to allow handling/restraint and removal of the cap before it causes more injury to her gums.
