Consecutive pregnancies are no more higher risk than staggered pregnancies. Genieva will have he same amount of risk for pregnancy complications, so getting health check-ups by your veterinarian periodically (2 times) throughout the pregnancy is the best way to be proactive and prepared for any complications that may arise. At 45 days gestation it is best to take Geineva in for an x-ray to determine how many puppies she is expecting. Also make sure to follow these guidelines http://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?P=A&S=0&C=0&A=1459 Best of luck with Geineva and her puppies!
