My puppy is sleepy and shaking head after vaccine and ear cleaning?

so i took my pup yester to the vet, we gave her,her first vaccine, and her ears got cleaned, now she is all sleepy the next day,and keeps shaking her head. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 13 days old | 6.8 lbs

She may be a little sleepy from the vaccine as vaccines can cause some mild lethargy for a day. If the lethargy persists than you should call your vet and let him/her know that she is experiencing some lethargy. She may be shaking her head because of the cleaning but if it continues she should be rechecked to make sure she doesn't have an infection. She may need a topical ear medication to treat.
