My cat hardly sheds. Is this normal, or will shedding start with age?

I know it's common for cats to shed but my cat hardly does. I'll find a few hairs here and there but never a lot. Is there a certain age when cats start shedding? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year old | 9.5 lbs

Some cats do shed less than others, and there isn't a certain age when cat's start shredding. You may just be lucky to have a cat that doesn't shed a lot. As long as Frida Katio is heathy and behaving normally, it's not something to worry about :-)
