Why is my dog still vomiting and not eating after clear X-rays?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 5 months old | 82 lbs

I took my ptibull to vet yesterday, they did xrays didn't find anything. She has been vomiting and not eating for 4 days they had her fast for 24 hrs no food or water. they sent her home with dietary food, which we tried to give her today she refused to eat it. she lying around alot

Acute pancreatitis and gastrointestinal inflammation/infections are still possible as well as foreign body ingestion with material not visible on X rays (ultrasound in these cases might be more sensitive). Given the lack of improvement, I would suggest to have her checked again and have a test for pancreatitis (it is a blood test called cPLI) performed. If not eating and probably in a sort of abdominal discomfort, nutritional support and pain relief meds are needed.
