My dog has a hard, pinkish red blister looking lump on her nipple. She is a female lab mix and has had puppies in the past. She is not spayed and is around 10 years old. Should this be concerning? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 9 years and 8 months old | 55 lbs

Given that Bear is an older, intact female, it would be prudent to have her examined by your veterinarian. The vet can perform a simple fine needle aspirate to collect a sample for pathology. The lump may be a mass (benign or malignant) or it could be local irritation/infection.
