My dog just cried out sounding like she was in pain. She was lying down and she urinated. Do I need to take her to see the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 15 lbs

Yes, I would have Mildred seen by a vet. It's not normal she suddenly cried out in pain, and then laid down and urinated while lying down. She could have injured herself, or may have a problem with her spine or hips causing these symptoms. I recommend having her seen by a vet now.
