My 6-month-old kitten's belly is saggy. How much should I feed him?

How much should i feed my almost 6 month old kitten? The bag said to feed them "free choice" at all times but his belly is getting saggy. Do i need to feed him a certain amount at a certain time? Thank you in advance!

No worries. The sag could be normal for him, because most cats get the little pouch on their lower belly. Most cats eat about 1 cup daily. You can split they into two feedings or just place 1 cup in the bowl for Buster to graze on throughout the day. It really is your preference, but as long as you stay around 1 -1 1/4 cup you should be fine. Then make sure to get him examined twice a year for his health exam to make sure you are on track with proper weight gain and body condition score.
