Why is my 9-week-old puppy tired, not eating, and acting strange?

My 9 weeks old chocolate lab makes no noise and acts tired all the time. He isn't finishing his food anymore and all he does is wanders around the house and sit in corners. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 10 days old | 14 lbs
