My cat has clear, stringy eye discharge daily. Should I worry?

Hi! At least once a day, Afro has a stringy, clear piece of mucus/eye goop in the corner right by his eye. His eyes are not red, inflamed, scratchy and his pupils are the same size. Its not a lot of discharge but it is enough that I can see it in the corner of his eye. Is this something to worry about?

As long as Afro's eyes are not red, inflamed, or scratchy, and the discharge isn't excessive, then it is not something to worry about. Animals can get some eye discharge normally, but if it becomes excessive, then I would have Afro seen by a vet.
