My one year old great dane puppy ate a piece of twine from a roast. Pearl got it off the counter, I am a bit worried. What should I do?

There is a chance that it will pass through with no problems, especially if it was a small piece of twine. Monitor her for vomiting and diarrhea and have her examined by your vet if you notice anything abnormal.
