My 8-week puppy coughs up phlegm after eating. Is this normal?

My 8 week puppy brings up a lot of phlegm when he eats or drink, otherwise he is playfull. What can i give him to clear it up. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 26 days old | 3 lbs

That is not normal. Unfortunately, we do not have over the counter meds to clear up this symptom. You need to have him evaluated by your veterinarian. The big concern here would be laryngeal dysfunction or megaesophagus.
