Hello, I just wanted to know, how do Guinea Pigs get URI, is it mostly about being cold, cus my house gets cold at some point, and when do signs of URI starts to show, what can I do to prevent this and how often does a guinea pig get URI? Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Male

Guinea pigs do not get URI from cold weather, they get it from bacterias in most cases. this could be from other guinea pigs and sometimes can be present in the environment. the treatment for URI is antibiotic treatment only.
