My dog ate a chicken bone, now vomiting. Is it an obstruction?

Pet's info: Dog | American Staffordshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 67 lbs

My 5 year old American Staffordshire terrier at an approximately 2" chicken leg 3 days ago. He's been eating and pooping but today he did vomit which is unusual for him. It was brown in color and occurred about 8 hours after eating. He doesn't seem to be in any pain and was running around at the park like a lunatic just an hour or so before vomiting. Just worried about some sort of obstruction. Any thoughts?

Yes, it is possible that the vomiting was due to an obstruction from the chicken bone, but it could also be due to running around like a lunatic. I would monitor Jax for now. If he continues to vomit, becomes lethargic, anorexia, and/or develops diarrhea, I would have him seen by a vet immediately.
