My dog ate a chicken bone, now vomiting. Is it an obstruction?

My 5 year old American Staffordshire terrier at an approximately 2" chicken leg 3 days ago. He's been eating and pooping but today he did vomit which is unusual for him. It was brown in color and occurred about 8 hours after eating. He doesn't seem to be in any pain and was running around at the park like a lunatic just an hour or so before vomiting. Just worried about some sort of obstruction. Any thoughts? Pet's info: Dog | American Staffordshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 67 lbs

Yes, it is possible that the vomiting was due to an obstruction from the chicken bone, but it could also be due to running around like a lunatic. I would monitor Jax for now. If he continues to vomit, becomes lethargic, anorexia, and/or develops diarrhea, I would have him seen by a vet immediately.
