Why is my unneutered male dog's penis visible when excited?

Hi Slight problem with my dog. He's a male and sometimes when people come over or when he gets excited his penis becomes very noticable. Is there are reason and a solution for this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 3 months old

Some dogs do get very excited at visitors coming over, but I do see that Tiny isn't neutered. It is most common in un-neutered dogs, and neutering him can reduce the behavior. I would recommend having him neutered :-)
