My 6-month-old dog is weak, not eating, losing weight, bloody stool.

about 6 months old dog Doberman /Alsatian crossbreed been weak, has no appetite except from drinking water, been shiting blood, lost weight , symptoms started about 3days ago

This is a medical emergency, and Citron needs to see a vet now. I would be extremely concerned that he may have parvovirus, especially if he isn't vaccinated. Parvovirus would cause him to pass bloody feces, be very lethargic, lose weight, and be anorexia. Parvo is a fatal virus that requires supportive treatment to order to give the dog the best chance of survival. Other causes of his symptoms include hemorrhagic gastroenteritis or a foreign body. Please take Citron into a vet now so his symptoms can be diagnosed and thus treated.
