Lucky having a St Bernard, I've always wanted one! Dogs don't necessarily need a companion, and her symptoms could be due to a medical illness. Lethargy is a very general sign of illness in dogs, and it can be caused by systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. I would have Hannah checked out by a vet to rule out a medical cause for her lethargy. If she is perfectly healthy, then maybe she would benefit from a companion, and I would suggest looking into getting one for her :-)
