How do I make my cat trying to stop running outside? And also my cat refuses to drink her water from her bowl and drinks the water from the sink. I change her water everyday and still refuses. Please help. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 7 lbs

Some cats will not drink still water. Try a small pet fountain to keep the water moving. Keeping Chase from bolting outside is a bit more difficult.
