Is it safe for my pregnant dog to use stairs throughout her pregnancy?

My GSD is 6 weeks pregnant. She is trained to relieve herself at terrace above 3 floors where we live. Though she is pregnant I am worried whether is it ok for her to climb up and down 4 times a day to relive herself. If yes then till what time of pregnancy she can use stairs. As I am trying hard to make her poo/pee at the same floor but, she is not doing her business anywhere else other than terrace. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed

Yes, it is fine for Laila to use the stairs throughout her pregnancy. In fact, it's good for her to have some moderate exercise to keep her in shape throughout her pregnancy, but not intensive exercise.
