How to stop my dog from waking me up at night to go to the bathroom?

I have a 5 year old Labrador he drinks loads and as put on wait. But he gets me up twice in the night to go to the toilet. But in the day he stays in while I work for seven hours . How can I stop him getting me up. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 5 years old | 47 lbs

I would take away Marley's water at least an hour or two before bed, and then take him out to potty right before bed. Reducing his access to water before bed should hopefully keep him from needing to potty twice in the night. You can also crate him at night, and that will help him hold his bladder overnight.
