My 3-week puppy fed goat milk is vomiting and cold. What should I do?

I have a mix breed dog she is 3weeks and the previous owner use to feed her goat milk and i have continued doing the same. And now she is vomiting through her nose wuth milk and cold wat do i do as i am so worried. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

Goat milk's is not appropriate for a three week old puppy, she needs a puppy formula in order to survive. If she is vomiting through her nose and is cold, Fluff has to see a vet immediately as these are very serious symptoms in such a young puppy. Please take her into a vet ASAP.
