Why is my puppy vomiting, has diarrhea, and is lethargic after a fall?

Looking for some advise please. I have a 5 month old Patterdale puppy and last week whilst on holiday he took a fall whilst climbing some rocks. He landed on his back quite hard and coughed up 3 mouthfuls of blood. I took him to the Emergency vet's who gave him 2 injections, Antibiotics and Anti inflammatory. He seemed to be OK until today, he had diarrhoea during the night and had vomited. He's not himself today, he feels hot and has a eggs smelling breath. All he wants to do is sleep. Poor Oreo! That is very concerning that all he wants to do is sleep and is vomiting and having diarrhea. He really needs to be examined by a vet to determine the cause. It could be related to his fall or it could be caused by an infection, parasites, etc. Your vet can run lab work and take x-rays, if needed, to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat, depending on the diagnosis. Please call your vet and have him seen as soon as possible. Hope he feels better soon!
