My young cat is suddenly weak, not moving, and not eating. What's wrong?

My cat is a little under 2 years old. Last week his health has declined big time. Honestly I didn't think he would make it through the weekend. Hes so skinny I can feel every bone in his body. He has bright blue eyes and his left eye turned dark green. His other eye is leaking a decent amount of liquid every now and then. He also is very weak he can't move the bottom half of his body. He can lift his head but not for long. I lift his head and put a bowl of food in front of him and he only eats a

Poor Shaggy is extremely sick, and this is a medical emergency. You need to take him into a vet now for medical treatment, it will be his best and only chance of survival. Please take him into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see him ASAP.
