Is it safe to deworm my pet again, or will it harm their organs?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old

As I deepened him on 21 December and today I found worm small white in his poop but they were not moving and were too small to judge whether they were moving or not ok as said I can give him deworming 4 tablets again so does it gonna affect any part or organ of his body ? As he dewormed last month only and if I give him again 4 tablets of deworming will it gonna have any affect on his any organ of the body or is it safe I am worried a lot of giving 4 tablets again and what if it affect organs

You can safely deworm a pet once every 2-4 weeks. Deworming medication has a very high margin of safety so there are no worries about your pets organs. Nothing is guaranteed, and adverse effects can happen with any medication, but deworming medication is one of the safest medicines to give your pet.
