My pet is cold, lethargic, in pain, slobbering, with bloody diarrhea?

Emma is very cold to the touch. She has had runny bowels, pure liquid. Probably 4-5 times. I also noticed some blood in the bowels. She is very lethargic, whining and moaning as if in pain.she has not went into heat, was wondering if these could be signs of the beginning of her cycle? She is slobbering a lot. We have her some proto bismol, to help with the runny bowels. Any other suggestions as to what we can do to help or what it could possibly be? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately it's difficult to answer your question without knowing what type of animal Emma is. If Emma is a dog this does not sound typical for a heat cycle and sounds more like she could have a gastrointestinal disease. If she is not a dog, you can repost your question and let us know what type and breed of animal she is.
