My dog ate 10 macaroons. What should I do if she's acting fine?

Vet friends!!! I came home today to find that Amber (my dog) ate 10 macaroons!! She's acting completely fine but that's a lot, especially for a 16 pound dog.

Wow, that is a lot of macaroons! More than likely, Amber will experience some GI upset from eating all that sugar. You may see some vomiting and diarrhea from it. If you do see any GI upset, withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. She should be ok :-)
