My puppy pees 10+ times a day. Is it a training or medical issue?

How do i teach my dog to not pee often ? I take my dog outside like 10+ times a day, what should i do ? Is it a medical issue ? He dosen't drink a lot so is it a problem ? :(. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 21 days old

Because Jack is a young puppy, he will have to pee more often because his bladder isn't very big and he hasn't developed his bladder control yet. As he grows older, he will have to pee less, but for now, I would let him out as often as he needs to go potty.
