I keep finding these bumps on my pups skin.. they're dark red or maybe black.. it looks like they're dried blood spots, but there's two or three on her shoulder/back. Any idea what it could be or how I can help? She has mange and took medicine for that, but I wasn't sure if this might be a part of that or something else entirely

It could be related to the mange but could also be caused by a skin infection or possibly a flea allergy dermatitis. You could bathe her with a medicated dog shampoo and see if that helps. Inspect her for fleas and treat her with a flea medication, like NexGard, Frontline, or Revolution every month. Otherwise, she needs to be examined by a vet to determine the cause. Your vet can do a skin scrape, cytology, or culture to help diagnose and then prescribe medications to help treat the problem.
