Why is my dog's C-section scar weeping and blistering 10 weeks later?

hi my 2 yr old jack russell had a c section 10 weeks ago and i just noticed at the bottom of the scar its started to weep and there appears to be a blood blister right next to the spot that is weeping

It is highly abnormal for such a thing to happen so long after the surgery, there could be an undesolved suture that is causing tissue reaction, you should take her to the vet in order to get it checked, the vet will probably try a course of antibiotics before doing anything invasive.
