My dog's eye, lip, and body swell suddenly then go down. Why?

I have an 11 month old Pitador, and all of a sudden today his eye swole up. Swelling went down within the hour but later, he developed a knot on his back, and again within an hour it went down. 2 more times, it happened, once with his lip and then his other eye. Nothing has changed in daily routine or diet. Ever heard of this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 28 days old | 50 lbs

It sounds like Tux could be having an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions cause swelling around the eyes and muzzle and can also cause hives along the rest of the body. Dogs are usually very itchy. If there are still areas of swelling I'd recommend seeing a veterinarian.
