French bulldog puking, green poop, trouble breathing. Is it serious?

My French bulldog is puking foam and food. His poop was green and he is having trouble breathing. He is tired and yesterday he ate a peanut. I am very worried his mouth looked kind of black

Poor girl. It appears that your fur baby may have a severe stomach upset from something she ate. Other possible causes are toxin ingestion, a severe parasite load, or an infection. Peanuts are not harmful to pets so this is not the issue. I am also not sure what part of her mouth is black. Some pets normally have black colored gums. It is best to take her in to see a vet right away for treatment if her panting continues for more than an hour, because continuous panting signifies that the pet is highly unstable and in need of immediate medical care from an ER vet.
