My puppy has severe vomiting and diarrhea. How to prevent dehydration?

i had 3 indian mix Labrador puppies 2 died last night because of some virus and 3rd one is sick, both of they were vomiting and had diarrhea before they died they had blood in stool. i consulted with 2 docs and they said they are infected with virus so don't give them food and water. i want to know how will the dogs survive without water and is there any alternate solution of dehydration. ? Without food and water they will become dehydrated and may not survive. They will need some fluids, either subcutaneous or intravenous fluids. Find a vet and have them treated with fluids and medications to prevent vomiting and diarrhea.
