Hey so I have a turtle name chapo had him for 9 months and recently he refuse to eat I don't know what to do

This is a very general sign of disease, actually every disease can manifest itself with this symptom, for this reason i cannot know what is wrong with El Chapo, i can only advise you to take him to a reptile vet specialist ASAP.
