My dog is gulping but sleeping. Is it bloat or upset stomach?

Is my dog having bloat or just upset stomach?! She was gulping and swallowing and linking carpet etc, but when she's gone to sleep, her gulping and swallowing had stopped during the sleep. She woke up for about 20 seconds and was gulping and swallowing again, but when she went back to sleep, she didn't gulp or swallow. Also, she farmed about 4 or 5 times before and since the last fart, she seems a little bit more relaxed seeing that she can sleep. Thank you Joseph

With the bloat your dog would not be sleeping, he would be restless, panting and not be able to settle . It is most likely that he has some form of tummy upset , keep an eye on your dog' s feaces. If unable to sleep and starting to retch without bringing up anything, it could be a bloat.
