My dog has a pimple on its back with a white head on it.What may be the reason for it? Pet's info: Dog | Japanese Spitz | Male | 4 years and 11 months old

That could be a very localized area of infection, usually related to an hair follicle. Alternatively could be due to a small skin cyst that got infected. Usually antibiotics are not needed for such a small spot of infection, so normal disinfection (betadine or hibiscrub solution) may be enough to solve the problem.
