My dog jumped high, limped, then ran. Should I worry about injury?

My dog jump really high and landed on his back leg. He was not walking on that leg for 1 minutes and is running and jumping on that leg now. Should I be worried like internal bleeding or broke. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 24 days old | 13 lbs

I would keep him rested for the day, but do not be extremely worried about it as if Jax is using the leg nothing can be broken. Sores can appear even after 24 hours from now so rest and eventually pain relief medications can be useful if he is showing any sign of discomfort.
