Found a domesticated rabbit on the road, can't stand. What now?

So we found a rabbit on the side of the road. Looks domesticated. Was laying on its side but alive. Can move his legs but cant stand up. Eating fine, as long as we hand feed. Neck seemed fine but now at strange angel.

Poor rabbit! I would take this rabbit into a vet or the SPCA right away. You can let them know you found it on the side of the road, and they can give it medical treatment. The SPCA might be the best option if you don't want to pay for it's treatment. It does sounds like the poor rabbit needs medical treatment now.
