Cat's nose, ears, pads swollen & hot after powder. Allergic reaction?

hi my pet cat had a little scratch on the back of his neck so i put some antibacterial power on it then a day later his nose is bright pink and swollen and hot also his ears and pads are bright pink and hot too he wont let me touch them could he have a reaction from the power or could it be somethink else is there anythink i could do to ease it

It does sound like your cat is experiencing an allergic reaction to the powder, and I would have him seen by a vet immediately. He needs veterinary treatment now, please take him into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see him now.
