My dog is constipated. What can I give besides pumpkin for relief?

Background: surgery dec. 28 to remove sruvite stones. Food changed to Hills C/D. Food change again 2 days ago to Hills S/D. My dog is constipated and sick of pumpkin, has been eating pumpkin for 3 days. So now I need to know what else I can give please? Was told olive, coconut or vegetable oil, not sure if any of those will help or how much if they will. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | 6 years and 3 months old

You can use any of those oils, and I would recommend adding a teaspoon of one of them to Einstein's food. If that doesn't work, then I would have him seen by a vet as he may need a laxative to help him poop.
