The signs you describe could be caused by a variety of problems that range from a minor issue to something serious. The best way you may help her is to take her to a veterinarian for a physical examination and to discuss the problems she is having

Brown vomitus can be an indication of digested blood, which is something that needs to be seen by a vet as soon as possible. She may have swallowed something she should have that has done some damage to her GI tract, she may have eaten garbage or something that upset her stomach, there are a number of possibilities. Your vet will do an exam, probably bloodwork and maybe x-rays to determine what the cause is and how best to treat it.
